We sold on Amazon in 20 days shipped 120+. Orders on 2nd nov 2023 we were going to get payout . We invested all savings 1.5lakh rupees. We got a return item a vim soapp in place of a watch worth 5999/- we put up safe t claim and had talk to customer care they said ma’am we have allready checked it out and you il get ur claim . On Sunday 29th Oct 2023 rather then giving claim they sent a mail of holding funds and locking account for 90 days putting false allegations rather then giving solution to prob they took all our money and locked the account. After that we mailed so many times explanations , the videos the rest return parcels in which many have a stone , broken cardboard boxes and empty boxes in place of watch . Neither we are able to login to our account as in login it says temporary lock and on mail it shows locked suspended completely without reasons. Moreover no replies by customer care even after 50+ times sending explanation proof and more even sent legal notice and the company takes it as a fun they even have not replied to us nor they gave solution took all our money and margin took everything giving mental agony , return item we can’t even claims and we have not even opened to keep it as a proof to show in court we kept it as it is . And many call recording of customer care , videos and more . Even not over Twitter they reply.
