Dear sir
My complaint is against Amazon India. On 10th june 2020 I had purchased two boAt Rockerz 400 Bluetooth Headphones worth Rs 2998/- . On 19th of june 2020 I place a return request and they gave me a date to pickup as 3rd july 2020 but no one came to pickup. So I called at Amazon CCE and told them that no one has come to pick up the product then they gave me a new date as 10th july 2020.
On 10th july a delivery boy came and picked up the product but didi not update in Amazon about the pickup of the product. After that on 11th, 12th and 13th july I started receiving messages from Amazon for rescheduled of the pick up of return product.
So I called up amazon customer care again, I told them everything about the return of products. Initially they told that return of the product details is not update at the warehouse. After a lot of follow up they agreed that they have received the product. Then I asked them about my refund, they agreed to give me the refund of Rs. 2998. Then they stared giving me 2-3 days time for refund to be credited in my account. But it’s been 1 and a half month I have not received any amount in my account.
Now I m trying to call them but they blocked my no. And I m not able to contact them.
Amazon is doing fraudulent activities, this is not expected from such a huge organisation.
If they have agreed to pay me my refund then why they have blocked my number.
I want justice now. Pls help me to get my refund.
Pls look into the matter and do the needful asap.
