I ordered an MSI Gaming Crosshair 15 laptop from Amazon India on 2nd November 2022. On 8th November, I received an old dell Monitor instead of the laptop that I ordered. I applied for returns on the same day. The delivery person came and said that they cannot take away the monitor as the product value was too high. The delivery person clearly said that they will not take the monitor away. I have been repeatedly calling customer service since then. I have made more than 20 calls. They issue the return ticket but somehow the request cancelled without my knowledge. This has been going on for 4 months. CS keeps on giving false promises. I also wrote an email to the CS. No one comes to pick up the wrong order. No refund has been initiated as well.
I have no idea who is at fault in this situation, I know that my hard-earned money has gone down the drain, and I still don’t have my laptop which was needed for my studies.
Please help me to get my money back from Amazon.
