I recently purchased a Whirlpool 265 litres fridge with Convertible option. As per the product description on Amazon buying page it was mentioned that this we can convert freezer to fridge whenever we have the requirement. However this option of converting a freezer to fridge is not available, I spoke to Whirlpool technical team also and got an update that there is no such feature which converts a freezer cabin to function as a fridge. Please call me to discuss this issue and I would like to know why Amazon has mentioned this feature availability in the product description page. This is misleading marketing stunt. I am not satisfied and want to have a resolution on this issue.
Amazon and Whirlpool is fooling customers and cheating.
