I bought 10 n99 masks on amazon India. We opened 2 masks and both the masks had defective air vents that feel off within 1 hour. So we wanted to return entire order. But amazon India support team will only give refund for 2. Ahmed the supervisor said unless we can prove the other unopened masks are also defective he won’t refund the order. So we have to wear the defective masks and put ourselves at risk while working at work in the microbiology lab? How ridiculous and unsafe suggestion! Wouldn’t you also return the product if it’s defective?
