I have purchased firestick with one year warranty and as of now some of the apps are not working, I tried to contact customer care sevral times but all have same answer the problem will resolve in 24 hrs but still problem is not solved.U asked them for replacement but they are asking for extra amount for higher version. Why should I bear this extra cost as my stick is under warranty.
Need to rework or replacement.
