Amazon Order NO r# 408-5679044-9220351

I have Purchased Acer One Laptop from Amazon India on 4 November 2020.
We received defective product. when we tried to start Laptop It was showing No HDD and NO Optical Drive and because of this we are not able to install any Operating system.
Initially we raised replacement request at that time Amazon team suggested to perform Laptop Inspection service where amazon engineer visited and confirmed that there is issue with product and he suggested to replace the product.

We revived Replacement product on 17 Nov 20 but with replacement product also same No HDD and Optical drive was came.
Hence this time we raised refund request but sine 17 November we raised refund request almost 10 times but Amazon is not collecting faulty laptop so i can get refund.

We highlighted the issue many times with Amazon customer care but after wasting for almost 40 days stillmy issue is not resolved.
