I’ve ordered some decorative products from Amazon online shopping, while checking out it shown 11th August 2023 as delivery date, so, I choose fastest delivery option and I paid extra 50 % cost of that product cost. like Rs.249 worth product I paid Rs.399. It shown that it will be deliver by 09th August 2023 first, once order placed and payment done the delivery date shown as 10th august. I thought at least 10th first half will receive the product. The product not delivered whole day and for receive the product I waited in my office till 08:30 pm. after so many follow ups and calls with customer care also I didn’t get the solution. I’ve ordered some decorative things to celebrate my baby’s birthday. But delivery boy thrown the package today (11th August 2023) at reception and not even informed me , and showing in my app product delivered?!?!?! Since I struggled with customer care and requested yesterday for the product cancellation, because my baby’s birthday over, and they have accepted cancellation. Regarding this again today contacted customer care who didn’t even care consumers, they given reply like your money will be returned to your original payment method and you can trash the product. I don’t want even single penny of money. I need the time which I’ve wasted with this idiotic scam such mentioned fastest delivery and delivered same day which mention earlier for normal delivery. Due to this scam I lost my time, my money, my happiness to spend time with my family during my baby’s birthday. Need Justice for this issue. They are thinking normal consumer won’t capable of raise a complaint.
