Reaching out to you with expectation of help and support on the below issue:
I had placed an order with Amazon on 21st Dec’22 (Order Id : 408-1341157-0548339) and tracking id : 205361427798 and delivery date was committed as 23rd Dec’22.
On the committed delivery date (23rd Dec’22), I got a message on amazon app that order will be delivered today (on the same committed delivery date) and later in the evening, I got a message again that the order is delivered without the order being delivered (false commitment).
I reached out to the customer support executive (Kajol) via Amazon app and requested for help.
There was no help and I was told to wait for couple of days to get the order (which was supposed to be delivered on the same day).
I clearly stated that I don’t want to wait so either they need to get order delivered on the same day or initiate the refund as it was a prepaid order.
They failed to help with either of the above requests and I was continuously told to wait which I clearly mentioned I can’t.
I was denied any help from any higher authority from Amazon team and they didn’t agree to refund the amount as well at that time. Later the executive Kajol told that the delivery date is now changed in the system to 27th Dec’22 which is clearly again false commitment against the actually committed date and no communication made to me on the same.
I need help on this regard and will appreciate to impose fine on them for this misbehavior and mis commitment.
