Hi Sir/Maam I order samsung s23 ultra mobile phone from Amazon in sale for final amount of 62349 but due to delivery person mismanagement. The delivery person cancelled the delivery and product was returned to amazon. On this issue I reached out to amazon support they said to order the product again but the product price was 79999 right now so they said they will provide the difference in the amount of last order and current order to amazon wallet .
But now they are refusing to pay the promised 17650 amount .
