Text of Complaint by Nikesh Waghmare:

I was ordered mobile from Amazon on 5th August in Amazon mega sell offer, but it was automatically cancelled due to some technical error as said by delivery agent, same thing I had reported to Amazon CC, but she told me to wait for till 7th evening, again I had contacted to Amazon CC by same day evening, he told me to book new order against the same as he had promised me, that Amazon will be given that instant cash back discount through gift card, as received on SBI cc in first order, which was mentioned in attached PDF.
I took fallow up on 14th over call, he was replied me gift voucher will be issued once return window closed, and 16th Aug was the last date to close the return window of new order which was placed on 9th against cancelled order, but he told me to wait for 2more days again to get that Cash back gift voucher.

Again I took fallow up on 17-Aug-22 to asked for the earlier promised gift voucher against instant sbi cash back offer on old order but customer exicutive denied to provide gift voucher of 2k as he promised earlier & told false promise/information provided by Amazon, which is mentioned in attachment documens, as Amazon cheated with me & due to this i lost my 2k inr, as well as they mentally harassed me to take no of fallow ups, waste my time, as i had ordered in that mega sell offer on Amazon.
