Text of Complaint by Shruthi:

I ordered a phone along with exchange on 8th December with full payment and was supposed to get the delivery on 10th December! The delivery agent came in and told that we have to download Amazon app in the phone which is supposed to be exchanged. This is a news to us and no notification was sent regarding the same. The delivery agent did not wait for doing these and informed that he will come the next day. I raised a complaint with Amazon for not having given the exchange instructions to the customer but they were not very responsive and asked to wait until 15th which is again a news to us because the delivery date is 10th and nowhere it was mentioned that 15th was the timeline.
