I ordered a laptop from Amazon. It delivered with wrong processor and CPU.

I immediately called customer care and asked return.

Return pickup was arranged. But the pickup has been rescheduled THREE times and every single time NO ONE has come for pickup. Amazon keeps just rescheduling the pickup date and promising it will ‘100% happen next time’ but every SINGLE TIME NO ONE shows up for pickup. This is coming across as a scam. If no one picks up the item, there will be no refund!

I have called CC multiple times, who have twice promised to escalate the issue. But this is all a lie. The return procedure is completely and deeply flawed right now. It is basically a LIE. It has become a complete joke. I am a customer since long back and prime member now. This order is harassing a regular and loyal customer.
