I received boAt Airdopes 121v2 TWS Earbuds as gift for my sister from Amazon on 6th April which came out to be defective and as she was leaving the next morning i wanted refund rather than replacement. So i contacted customer care regarding this, he suggested me to return the defective product and asked me tell the delivery guy to cancel this order and once this is done i will get back my money and i did what he said. That delivery guy told me sir if i keep this product with me no one will gonna know and you will not get the money back while leaving. This same day i contacted customer agent and told what he said. But now i have contacted Amazon many times and i get the same answer that the product didn’t reached the center and we couldn’t refund you. I asked them multiple times to check with their delivery agents but didn’t got any reply regarding delivery guy. My question isĀ why they are not checking with the delivery guy. Note- I also have the recording of the customer care who said me to return the product.
