I placed an order few days ago for Sofa set worth rupees 9200. Expected delivery date was June 28-30. When I placed the order, I tried connecting with the seller, after several attempts, I got a call from the seller, he said it will take another 7-10 days to deliver the product due to pandemic.
After he contacted me, the order status was changed to out for delivery and the next day it was showing delivery attempted. All this while, I spoke to your customer service team, they were not able to do anything but asking me to wait. The seller is falsely updating the status that they are trying to deliver the product.
Well all I can say is it’s been a very bad experience. Amazon could be so struggling and frustrating I never thought.
Please look into it ASAP. By the way, the seller updated the status to delivered yesterday but I never received the product. And now Amazon has refused to Process the refund. Can you please look into it? I am attaching the screenshot of the DTDC tracking history, the product was supposed to be delivered in Bihar but you can see in the screenshot it is showing successfully delivered in Vishakhapatnam.
