Text of Complaint by Shilpi gupta:

I ordered a kurti from amazon which was not fit as per my size so i returned it. The person who came for pickup verified the product and then took it with himself. It’s been around 10 days i have not received my refund and when i raised a complaint then amazon said that the product which i returned is incorrect and they will not send me the refund . I asked them to ask delivery partner or share the pictures of whatever product they have received from my end , amazon did not listen to anything. They just simply said that we will not send you the refund. I tried using customer care calling system there also they did not help me and now they have blocked my calling & chatting facility and i even talked to ofm via mail , they said that send the correct product if you want refund. I am depressed because of this act by amazon. It was rs 719 which i earned by working day and night and now i need my money for paying a medical bill. I am in stress because of my money since 2 days and my health is deteriorating. It is affecting my mental health. I am already a patient of anxiety , if something happens to me amazon shall be responsible. I am so tensed. Kindly refund back my money. Only that is the concern nothing else .
