I ordered microwave from amazon india . payment thru credit card, one morning i got a call at 7.30 am asking for OTP , i said its not been recd yet . wait for 5 minuted . after 2-3 mins the delivery agent said he will update as failed attempt and he will come tomorrow . Few mins alter the OTP for delivery came and the agent said now he cannot come , he will come the next day . but he did not show up , few days later AMAZON WEBSITE shows its delivered . i called amazon , used their chat help desk but they refused to help , I asked for Proof of delivery but they said they cannot provide the same . i have called them a dozen times . but they refuse to help . i have been charged on my Credit card . i asked for the sellers or delivery agents number to check which they refused to do .
