Hi,

I ordered for an Bajaj Microwave from Amazon.in on Oct 10th, 2018. On October 12th, On my amazon app it mentioned that the product was delivered to my address and signed as received by me. This is not possible. I was not there. I checked the neighbours and with my mother, no such parcel had arrived. so i immediately call the number – Amazon Delivery Agent (Phone: +918637622262). He says he did not come to deliver in that area. So When I request his managers number he did not give and so I filed a complaint against this with Amazon, they said their investigation team will look into it and get back to me. Till today, they did not call /text/message me about anything So i decided to call them and they now say, that it is not possible to give refund/ replacement for the same. The product is worth 3990 INR.

So I request you to intervene in this case and take action.

This shows that this is a scam and I have enough evidence.

Please look into this ASAP and stop these scams from happening. Already we have enough cases.
