This following email was sent to Amazon customer service, they responding to contact customer care number and customer care services is not supporting as mentioned already in the email sent to them. I am oscillating between email and customer care services tried multiple times to reach out to them by several links and request on Amazon App also but no one is helping me out.
I want my refund back to my account, I am enclosing the screenshots of the product. Kindly do the necessary action required.

I had ordered BABO & BABY Power Bathroom Tiles Cleaning Plastic Electric Rechargeable Spinning Scrubber from Amazon. I received the product on Wednesday, 16 November, 2022 but found it defective (Motor is not working which can’t be seen in photograph). I went to return option but the option is not highlighted while the product was returnable at the time of purchase. I contacted customer care services they mentioned “ The product is not defective and the product is not returnable on their side. They dint suggested any further action which can be done”. I am writing it to escalate this case and for further assistance in my refund. Kindly do the needful.
Today date is 19 Nov still it can be return till 26th November As per 10 days return policy shown in screenshot attached below in website to customer care it is showing non returnable this is an technical issue.
