Dear sir/ ma’am

I have order the 1.5 ton split AC from Amazon. But split AC fitting is not possible at my office. So when I told to Amazon customer person they told me you have to give us job sheet which mentioned that fitting is not possible. Initially brand technician deny us but by request they are ready to give us when I upload this on my account and call Amazon support person are refusing to return. However I told them it is incompatible and as per incompatible policy I want to return.

Please find the attached job sheet that indicate fitting is not possible.

So request please resolve my issue so that I can reorder.
