On the month of April 2023 my order was picked up from my house ( I have a CCTV footage of it) by the return team on 19th April 2023.
Till today i was not updated about anything regarding the product then I contacted the customer care services they told me that investigation team will be working on the query and when I contacted them again they said amazon cannot do in this matter since return team has not updated the process and when i also told them that i have cctv footage they say still we cannot do anything about it and they disconnected my call twice. How this is fair to me? I have returned the product i have proof of that too in the form of cctv footage and they completely denied to even solve my problem or even gave me any answer. I want to file this complaint as it’s totally against my rights as customer and it’s totally fraud with the customer.
