Hello,
I am a seller on Amazon. My brand name is Vashtram and I am doing business on Amazon from 2 years.
Amazon ATS (Amazon Transport Service) Team doing a big level of fraud. The fraud may be of lakhs or crores. Someone or group of people in courier facility team changing or modifying the package before it gets deliver to the customers. From 45 days, I am getting customer complaints of getting wrong product at the time of delivery. I lodge many complaints to Amazon seller support team but no one took it seriously. Too many wrong parcel is getting return to us and Amazon also stopped giving reimbursement for those orders. Even they blocked my listings because of which my business is totally collapsed.
I have many videos of the shipment which shows how fraud parcel is coming back to us. I have photos and videos of the fraud shipment. I have prepared a Excel sheet with all details, In file you will find order ID with images and videos for investigation. We are sending a right order to the customer but in transit parcels are getting changed.
Amazon not at all taking it serious and not replying to the mails also. Instead of investigation they are blocking my all sources. Day is near when my account will be blocked by them.
With this complaints I am sharing you the excel file. I request you to go through the file and let me know is there anything I can help you with.
Because of this issue my whole business is affected. Below are the key areas where my business is hampered.
1) Negative Product Rating
(2) Overall sale decreased
(3) Losing Customer trust in our brand
(4) Financial Loss
(5) Safe-t-claim rejection (Because of high rate of fraud returns)
Till today, My loss can be calculated as below.
(1) Brand value
(2) Financially loss of more than 5 lakh.
