Hi
This is in reference to my order for a 43″ Smart TV. Following are the order details(amazon):
Order Id – 406-6474172-6113104
Order date – 8th October 2023
Order total – ₹21,498.62
The order was supposed to be delivered on 11th of October for which I received a confirmation mail stating that the order is out for delivery and would be delivered by an agent (phone number – +911161264444).
It also stated the OTP to be used for the said delivery.
However, by noon the I received an update that the order has been delivered and handed to me in person, which was not the case.
No OTP was shared with anyone and still the order showed delivered.
On discussing with the customer care executives the same day (11th Oct 2023) I was assured that it’s just a case of false update, and the actual delivery would happen in a couple of days.
The same update was shared on both 11th /12th and 13th of October 2023.
However, today (14th Oct 2023), the customer service team have closed this query saying that the order has been delivered to you only.
This is a complete scam as amazon is not providing the details of delivery agent or any any details in this regard. I haven’t received the product and amazon has refused to help me.\
