I ordered boAt AAVANTE Bar 1800 120W 2.1 Channel Bluetooth Soundbar from Amazon on OCTOBER 20,2020 and the estimated delivery date was OCTOBER 28,2020. I received a contact number of the delivery boy and the pin code to be shared with delivery boy on delivery. I tried to call the delivery boy on given number i.e.+911726132004 at 11:48 am in the morning and the delivery boy said order will be arriving by 1:00 pm but I didn’t receive any call from the delivery boy so I called back again around 1:08 pm and the delivery boy said he is on leave today he won’t come to deliver my order and gave me another number to check with other person and I called him as well but he also said he is on the way and the order is still in Fazilka city(30km away from my city) so it’ll be delivered by tomorrow and I was worried because the order was supposed to deliver on 28th of October. After that I spoke to Amazon customer care and the executive Purvi said that I’ll receive my order before 9:00 pm today, I said that’s fine. But after some time I got a notification from Amazon that your order has been delivered and I was shocked!!! How this can happen??? I was like what the hell, I have not received my order, I haven’t shared the pin with the delivery boy so how the status of my order updated to deliver, this is like a real scam, isn’t??? I again called Amazon customer care and the executive said that I’ll receive my order within 1-2 days, what the hell is going on here how can you deliver a order which is already marked as delivered without even delivering it to the customer???? I have paid 5400 rs for this order and without receiving the order it’s been marked as delivered. This is really very poor service and a scam. I have recordings of all the calls with the delivery boy & customer care. This is not a good way to deal with the customer by marking the order as delivered without delivering it. This is a real Amazon fraud and strict action should be taken against this system. I have spent my money and this is harassment to me that I have lost my money and haven’t received my order.
