Recently i order 4 product from amazon and they said these products cant be cod so i make a online payment . Payment was done and the delivery date is on 7 jan but i didnt receive the product but over the amazon phone app its showing that your order has delivery and handed over to the customer bUT AS I AM THE CUSTOMER I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY ORDER. And i already paid for the products these aare such a fraud peoples and they dont even think about customers they had done this thing me 2 times before .Please give then a notice or take strict action against then . I already have words with customer service they said please wait we can do anything about this they are taking time and not taking any action against it .
