Dear Sir,
I have order one phone on 28th of July with expected delivery of 29th July morning slot for 6am to 10 am.
On 29th morning i have checked my app. it was mentioned there that delivery agent tried contacting me.
In reality i did not get any call from any one.
i call customer care. they said it will be delivered by EOD or as soon as possible.
I have waited for entire day.
I have called to customer care for 6 times. they assured me that it will be delivered today for sure just wait till EOD. but i did not get any even single call from any one.
Now next day that is on 30th of July morning I have called to customer care they said my product got returned and cancelled.
I said how you guys can give false commitment to customer consistently and lying all the time.
I request you to please take some strict action against amazon customer care as well as amazon delivery agents and channel.
I tried to connect with delivery agent. He had blocked my no. and did not talk to me even for once.
the entire system need to be fired from their job and position.
