Text of Complaint by Rajat Agrahari:

i have ordered the product i.e. OnePlus 11 5G of rs 62k on 14th feb and it was expected to deliver on 15th feb. The delivery agent didn’t called me on the whole date and at last he cancelled order from their end stating that “Customer cancelled the order and rejected at the time of delivery”

The whole scenario explained to amazon customer care team, after lot’s of arguments they have tried replacing the order from their end. Team has all the proof that mistake happened from Amazon Delivery team. So my question is “Why Customer should face issue in getting order from Amazon side” They should have plan something for such issue and can deliver the product next day.

However, after replacing i didn’t receive the order till today 17th feb 2023 still I’m struggling to get my product as i have already paid the whole amount in advance. No proper information from Amazon Customer Care Service.

No one is able to solve my problem here from Amazon team to deliver my product.

@amazon team kindly do the needful and solve the issue asap
