3rd Aug, 23 I had placed an 1 order from Amazon & 4th Aug, 23 i had placed another order from amazon. As a prime customer they promise to deliver the same by next day, but my delivery didn’t happed on 5th for both the order. One order with Delivery Agent he is saying i will not come today, so when I said I am a prime customer and you have to deliver the same but said I will not do whatever you want to do.
Then i called Amazon customer care which now days they don’t even bother and not have proper knowledge what is happening. So the delivery guy have shifted my order to 10th of Aug 2023 from 5th Aug without my knowledge and amazon team didn’t took any action ageist the delivery issue. So i canceled my order and placed fresh order on 6th which has been delivered from Xiomi on 7th.
Now my other order which i had placed an order that is also supposed to get delivered by 6th of Aug. That has been pushed to 8th of Aug, and the same guy who has shifted my delivery without my knowledge this is the same guy has spoke to me once and he is saying will come EOD, and i was waiting at home but no one came and they dont even bother to call customer and inform. Now when i was trying to reach that person on the same number what Amazon team provided that Delivery agent is not picking up my call at all and still now i dont know where is my order and even Amazon customer service team also not aware where is the order.
