I have brought a phone on seeing that the delivery will be done next day within 6am to 10am if I order within the next 12 hrs and I ordered the item yesterday and it was supposed to reach me today by 10am atlast but its 6pm and it still has not arrived and the consumer support team is telling me to wait till tomorrow or if the package is not delivered they will give me a refund. Well I was not looking for a refund and I wanted my product to get delivered by today itself. I want a compensation for the same.
