Hi,
This is to bring to your attention that… Your delivery agents have been harassing me. I have clearly mentioned that I want orders to be delivered by 9/9:30pm.. as this is a concern of my security. I stay aLoan and I don’t want to entertain any delivery agents late at night as I have had not good experience, they call around 10:30 at night…. Call continuously harras me… Or say will leave the package at the security and really bug me. There was this agent who just started shouting at me I had complained but no one followed up or gave any feedback.
I have complained this to a few of the customer support agents but they have been of no help. Delivery agents only cancel the order or by themselves if I refuse delivery after 9:30 pm ** please note I stay aLoan and cannot entertain any agents after 9:30pm** I have been saying this to all the customer agents again and again.. but no heed is been taken… I want to escalate this issue on an urgent basis.
I am being cautious here but ur delivery agents and customer agents have ignored this.
Kindly take actions on this situation.. as it can be a serious concern to my security. I had to write here as all my requests has been ignored.
As a prime customer I just want my packages to be delivered on time..
I hope u guys can take some serious action on this.
