Dear sir/madam
I am writing this email with immense loss of hope and frustration. I have made a complaint twice to amazon regarding order id: 403-1780334-6249165, of Rs. 1487.73. I have paid through RuPay card ending with 3359. The shipping address was Dr Anuj Kumar Sukla, C/O Durga Prasad Shukla 66, Nedula, Vikas Bhawan Road Nedula, Khalilabad, Uttar Pradesh 272175, India.
I have never received the product but it showed delivered and upon asking three to four times on your customer services (refer to recorded calls) I always got irresponsible replies. Please see two issues.
1. Item was supposed to be delivered after OTP, which was sent before the delivery (copy attached).
2. Item showed delivered WITHOUT OTP. I confirm that I have not provided OTP to the delivery agent.
It is very frustrating to take a not your customer executives do not do proper work and every time they provide misleading information. They are saying both the thing, sometimes they say item delivered without OTP and sometimes they say item delivered with OTP.
I am very surprised if I did not provide OTP, how did your executive deliver the product?
It gives me immense mental pressure and wastes my time on such a small issue. Strict action must be taken against the delivery and executives involved in this investigation. I never expect such a thing from amazon.
