Text of Complaint by Shiney Cheryll:

October 28th My Father in Law ordered 2 products in Amazon –
( Kareln Classic Underpads, Large, 60*90Cm, Rs- 249/- )
( Ensure Diabetes Care-Nutrition to help control blood sugar level , Rs- 1802/- ).

We Received the Underpad – November -1 Evening around 7.30 Pm .
When we Checked Amazon App about Ensure – they Mentioned as (Amazon Couldn’t Contact you to deliver your package) date mentioned- 30 October .

So I called the Customer Care Team and informed that we didn’t Receive the call or Sms . They asked us to wait for 24Hrs.

Again I called them (Customer Support) November -3 , They Transferred my call to Escalation Team- Mr. Singh Talked with me and ask me to wait another 48 Hrs .

So Today Morning When i Check Amazon App- ( Delivered 7 November) . Morning 10.00 Am I called Customer Care Support and Informed what mentioned in App. And asked about Delivery Service details & Package Details. They didn’t give me Proper details for the package, they said parcel will come .
But it’s already delivered so its really a Mental pressure for me to discuss with them and making me to wait for the product which i paid already.

Amazon Team was so worst to handle Customers , and Testing Customers patience. So Amazon Company have to Deal this issue with me directly and Pay for me .
