Text of Complaint by Sarigopula Krishna:

placed an order on Amazon on August 7, 2023, but I have not yet received the item. I have called Amazon customer service multiple times to request a refund, check the status of the order, or cancel the order. However, they have kept extending the delivery date for the past 15 days and told me to wait until the delivery date is complete.
