Text of Complaint by PARMESH SINGH:

I have ordered OnePlus Nord buds from Amazon and it arrived on 25th of July, then i rescheduled the date of delivery to 30th July just before the delivery boy arrived at my location. Delivery boy started misbehaving and using abusive words to my brother regarding my rescheduling. And then the Delivery boy didn’t give my product on 30th July and he cancelled it on himself. I complained this to customer care but they didn’t take it seriously and gave me an unusual reason for the cancellation of my product…

  1. Don’t know who the driver was that delivered a package.. BUT. when you have 2 entries.. and you pick one that has no side walk. Then you see a ramp leading up to a door on the other side of the trailer with cement all the way!!! WHY would you deliver it to the door that has grass and know sidewalk…. WHO EVER WAS THAT DRIVER THEY NEED TO TAKE A SSMART TEST!!! Can’t believe it!!!
