I order a mobile case for iphone 11 but the product which has arrived was defective and i make a replacement for that order and 2nd day when the guy arrived my house to delivered my product he misbehaved a lot and said u people buy a product and replaced it he said it to me indicating i buy a product and make a replacement for that ( in a very rude way he said me) how this guy can say me this thing its my choise if a product comes defective then its my choice i will return it and that’s completely company responsibility to make it how this people can say this non sense talk please take a necessary action against this.
