Text of Complaint by Sanjay Thomas:

I Ordered an Iron Box from Amazon. It was suppose to be delivered on the same day between 1 pm and 5pm, it was not delivered and they kept changing the delivery estimated time. Today morning the status showed out for delivery and it had the delivery agent phone pin, to track over the phone. I called the delivery person using the pin, he said that he was not assigned for the delivery. I called twice to track and escalated, they promised I will receive the product by 9pm today but after the escalation call, I got a notification that I rejected and canceled the product and that the product will be sent back to Amazon. I called again and they said that I will get the product and that the delivery agent had done some fraud and they will penalize him. I now got a call from another delivery agent, my flat’s main gate was closed, as they were laying road, I asked the delivery agent to come in through the side gate, after some time he called and said that his bike got stuck and he will deliver tomorrow, I responded that I will goto this guy and collect the product, he disconnected the called and marked that delivery attempted but could not deliver.
