9th june i had to receive a cash on delivery item and it did cost 800 rupee. Delivery guy from sodepur said he doesn’t have any change and will be back shortly to give back my 200 rupee (i paid 1000 rupee as i didn’t have exact money). He was a familiar face so i trusted. I complained amazon customer care on the 3rd day as the delivery guy never returned. They took complain and said they’ll resolve the issue in 3/4 business days. Here it is, almost end of June and no response from that bearded guy nor amazon.

Ordered mobile on 5 th march from Amazon, but i received empty box, both phone and charger missing.
