I have ordered one mobile phone (redmi note 11) and opted for exchange of my previous mobile. My order was supposed to get delivered on 11th June but I didn’t received it yet on 12th June. In evening delivery agent called and asked to come down to collect order but as I reached down there was no one available, and when I was dialing to the delivery agent he was not receiving my calls. I have called on that number for almost 50 times, but the delivery agent’s behaviour is so rude, he is not at all receiving my any calls and finally he will update that delivery attempted but unable to contact customer. Same thing happened yesterday as well. I have formatted my old phone and just waiting for the new phone. I don’t have any spare phone as well. I cancelled all my weekend plans just waiting for the phone to arrive. It has caused me so much mental stress and loss of time. I expect compensation against this from Amazon
