I placed an order on 8 August. Then my Max. delivery date was 12. Till 14 August I didn’t get the order. I have already raise complaint in Amazon about that I have already talk with their executives Names are Pannalal, Ankan, Shivani, Shaheb, Ashwini. They continuously have me assurance that you will receive your product by today or tonight after 12aug. Then after 2 days they said me that we are not able to delivered the product your order has been cancelled. But they didn’t informed me about that neither they took my permission to cancel my order. One of their executive told me that if you don’t get the product by today you will get compensation for your order but when I didn’t get my product they refused for compensation. That their is no compensation for that. Then I asked then if I place my order again could you please deliver it to me by fastest delivery option but he refused it too. That we can’t do that you will receive it by delivery date only.
