Ordered a product , vacuum robot from Amazon. They delivered it with wrong charger and it wwas not working . I opened the product after the refund policy period and hence they asked us to send the product to service centre and we did that. The service centre confirmed that due to the wrong charger ite battery is gone and hence product is not working. Amazon is asking for service denial letter and service centre is not goving and hence they are not taking it up. The amazon customer service is not heping to bring the fraud reseller to light.
