I placed an order for an MI band from Amazon and the delivery agent sent it later and did not inform but left it at the doorstep and updated it before delivery. On opening I saw that the seal was broken and called Amazon to request for a replacement or return. They refused to do so saying it was out of the window when it had bren delivered just a week earlier. More so consumer service representatives are very rude. The seal of the product was broken.
