I ordered OnePlus 10 R worth INR 35,000 and received Samsung galaxy M13 instead. I have already paid the amount through my credit card. I registered a complaint with Amazon but there executive is saying you will not get a refund or replacement.
I have video and photo of the wrong item as a proof.
