I ordered (28.03.2022)a Fossil chronograph black (price-10995.00) watch with order number 403-9161556-3271515 and received(30.03.2022) Titan watch attached in mail.

This item opened infront of delivery boy on my door step. Found wrong iteam inside the box and delivery boy refused to return directly and told that return to amazon with retrurn policy. I requsted to return and complainted with customer service as well on the same time. And today i called for status update of investigation
then i socked to know that i received correct item.
