Dear Sir,
Ref: AMAZON ORDER # 408-8640753-1101155 FOR MATHEY TISSOT WATCH FOR RS 10585
I got the delivery of the above order from Amazon on Nov 22nd and when I opened the packing I found the watch box without any watch. The watch box was torn in many places and it was looking like a very old and used box. I immediately made a compliant to Amazon customer service and they told to contact on 26th Nov. When I contacted them they blindly said that they did their investigation and the watch was delivered perfectly and they closed the line without hearing any thing. I made several complaint’s again by amazon customer service by chat and the same answer i got ,that the watch was delivered perfectly and the case is closed. Sir these multi national companies are cheating every body and we poor people cannot go and complain anywhere. There is no other place to complain or any contact no to call and complain. Iam approaching you as the last place to get justice for me and I request kindly request you to get my hard earned money back from these cheaters. Regards,
