It frustrating to Deal with problem which amazon created and scammed me   24,999.00

I ordered  “Oculus Go Standaloan Virtual Reality Headset – 32GB”   I received a amazon box with share OTP  box was 4 inch wide and 10 inch long i opened and found 3 glass cup my item was not inside the box  Immediately i call customer care share all details and uploaded the picture too , i ask to wait 5 days for investigation after five days on 30 th april i call customer care for status ,amazon told me we can not take any action

The oculus go product box can fit inside the box i received  because oculus go box can be fit by 12 inch by 12 but the box i received the is  4 inch   wide  and 10 inch long this is the proof that box can not contain oculus go  we trust amazon it does not mean amazon can scam innocent people like this
