Amazon delivered me wrong item, and now not replacing or refunding my money.

Hello Sir/Madam

With due respect, I would like to say that I ordered a item named JENIX SMART SPY AUDIO  in Necklace on 30April 2021 from Amazon.
  I received my item but it’s not that item which is ordered, it’s totally different from which I ordered. The item which is Received is SQ11 SPY CAMERA which I don’t want adn even it’s price is just around ₹700-800 on your website.
I want necklace audio recorder, I was in urgent need of that because I bought it for my sister because my brother in law is regularly threating her so we have to make evidence for ourself. But due your seller’s fraud we were unable to do this and our plan was dropped due to fraud of your Amazon seller.
On that day I requested for replace but it seem to be unavailable on that seller listing. So I have to Return this product. I requested for return on your Amazon app.
 Next day your pickup came, I handed over him that product with proper box, packing, label and other accessories, then he said that there is missing in that accessories I told that its not useful for us and I did not ordered that item so I don’t know about total accessories.
Then he said to call Amazon customer services and ask for the token from them.
I was very unknown about return procedure as I never ever face any fraud from Amazon and never did any return as per my knowledge. So I called customer support they told me do wait and they said that we filed for investigation and our executive will contact you shortly within 2 days. And I also have recording of that from conversation.
So I waited for that but no one called me so I did contact with customer support myself but again they told me that your investigation deadline date is 15 May, 2021. I was very helpless so I have to do wait.
On 15,may 2021, I again call to customer support but now total phase is change they told me that they are unable to return or Refund as they don’t found anything wrong in thath item. Which is so ridiculous to me. I asked from him to provide me full Investigation report.they told me that they will mail us.
Sir, this is of my hard money, why you are doing this ?
This is very unprofessional from your side.
No one of your executive did called to me for investigation.
I have that product packing with box so you can do cross check from your Amazon delivery partners office and ask for verifying the size of product, and the most important thing check out my order history, I never ever return any product.
This kind of behaviour is showing that we are lier ?
Now , please I again request you to do investigation again and remember my points which I have written below.
(I) Check the size of product which i received and verify it with you delivery office when they are doing inspection of this.
(II) verify also with you delivery boy the box is same as which i received he also said that some sellers doing fraud.so you can also verify it from your pickup and delivery executive who is same person.
(III) I am Hundred percent sure that seller’s doest have that item in stock when I ordered so they sent me another product because after my order it was unavailable in listing, which I also notify to your support executive.
So seller did fraud with me, they sent another item instead of my item which i ordered.
(IV) None of your executive called as this is investigation so they also have to talk with me and also put up cross question to me but I didn’t received any call from your side even I did 3times.
(V) the product which I received is just of 700-800 on your website and the item which is ordered is of 2800 so it’s very unfair.
(VI) they did not send me full Investigation report so I can find out easily, total weight of product, size of product, size of packaging.
Now, it’s my prayers to you that Replace my item as fast as you can because we already faces mentally stress and due to this bad service we also unavailable to collect any evidence for safety of my sister, it’s only happen just because of your fraud seller, if you don’t want to replace then Refund my harden money.
In case if you are unable to resolve this then I have to go for consumer court and you will have to pay all my expenses which will be drawn during legal work, or hiring for lawyer etc.
I am eagerly waiting for your reply as I earlier did mail to you but that was NO REPLY MAIL address.
