- Hi, I bought a gopro hero 9 camera from Amazon India website and the package got delivered on 23rd jan 2021, but when I opened the package the camera was missing in the package, and the outside package was good and the inside package was not having any seal cover on it I also found a stone in it on behalf of the camera. Then I complete Amazon on this but they are not ready to accept it and says they delivered the product but the result is product is missing, now I am the one who is facing loss
- When I contacted them they raised a refund but its been more than 20 days still no proper response, when I call them they do not give proper response on my problem
- I don’t even know where exact went wrong and I have no idea whom to complete on this, so kindly help me.
