Text of Complaint by Ajeet Damodar:

I ordered Bluetooth Headphone from Amazon on 30th Jan. 2021, after 1 week I received completely not working headphone then I applied for Replacement, also I registered compaint against dealer on customer care number, customer representative given me assurance that next time they will provide me good product but again after a week I received defected headphone and when I called customer care they simply replied we will take back product and my refund will receive me within 10 days. But I am not satisfied on Amazon response because refund is not a solution, because almost 3 weeks they people using my money, wasting my time and without taking seriously they just replies we will take back the product, also I would like to share that they are showing different goods on their website/application and they delivering defective goods so that as per my opinion it’s scam of Amazon, as a customer If I paid payment before receiving of goods that mean I have trust on that particular company but company e.g. Amazon not understanding customer feeling, they are just trying to earn money and not concern about qualify if and customer satisfaction.

I would request you kindly look into matter and take strict action against Amazon.
