Amazon delivered a defective laptop,then cancelled the replacement on their own.

Text of Complaint by Yashas Indalkar:

I received a defective laptop (63k worth).I requested a replacement for which I missed delivery once (as I was resetting the laptop and the delievery agent did not want to wait – though he promised to deliever the laptop the same day).

But not only he didn’t deliver the replacement the same day or next – he cancelled the delivery and now the replacement is being sent back to seller.

Now amazon says that the only option I have is to request a refund and try again.This has caused a lot of agony mentally, not to mention waste of time.
