I ordered Apple Airpods Pro (2nd Gen) from Amazon on 9th April. They delivered the product on 10th but that product was fake. After raising the complaint they started a 3 days investing and in that investigation they found that was a mistake on their end. They started the Return and Refund process, but one after another, the return date kept changing, and no one came to pick up my item. On thursday (20th April) they raise some sort of NOC on their end and told me that if this time pickup will not happen then they will start refund process. And today (24th April) when I called them they are refusing for the refund.
